Good people shouldn't be hard to find.
Dragynn is a live database of job-ready people — electricians, drivers, nurses, chefs, admin staff, developers — across countries and continents. Employers search it, unlock the people they want, and hire directly. No applications lost in an inbox. Recruiters find the best talent to match their job placements.

Why we exist
Traditional hiring runs backwards. A company posts an advert and waits. Hundreds of CVs arrive, most of them wrong. Meanwhile the right person — a qualified boilermaker two suburbs away, a licensed truck driver in the next city, a theatre nurse ready to relocate from another country entirely — never sees the advert at all.
Job seekers feel the same problem from the other side. They apply and apply and hear nothing back. The effort disappears into a void.
We built Dragynn to flip the direction of the search. Instead of people chasing adverts, employers and recruitment agents can look for the best people. Your profile is the application, and it is working every single day — whether you are actively looking or not.
Employers and recruiters can also post jobs to allow for as many modes of finding people.
What makes us different
Six decisions that shape everything we build.
Search first, pay later
Employers browse the whole database free and only pay once they have found someone worth contacting. Once-off, per profile. No subscriptions, no placement fees.
Free forever for job seekers
Candidates never pay to be listed, to be found, or to be hired. Not now, not later. The people looking for work are not the product we charge for.
Every kind of work, every market
Trades, transport, manufacturing, hospitality, security, healthcare, retail, admin, IT — searchable by country and city, in whichever market you are hiring. Skilled hands matter as much as skilled keyboards, and most platforms forget that.
Fresh, not archived
Profiles kept current rank higher. We prompt candidates regularly to confirm they are still available, so employers are not chasing people who were hired months ago.
Private until you choose
Candidates appear anonymised in search results. Full name and contact details are revealed only when an employer unlocks the profile.
Verified, not just uploaded
AI-guided interviews, skills validation and references from real managers turn a CV from a claim into something an employer can trust on sight.
Where the name comes from
Every employer is really looking for the same thing: someone who makes the impossible part of the job look easy. A dragon. Whether the magic is wiring a house, calming a ward of patients, reversing a 30-ton truck or shipping clean code, it is a rare ability someone is searching for right now.
You're a Dragynn. We just spelled it our way. 🔥
How Dragynn works
Three audiences, one database, one straightforward exchange.
Job seekers build a profile
Upload a CV, list skills, trade, experience and location, then complete a short AI-guided interview that draws out what a CV usually leaves off.
Employers and agencies search
Filter by skill, trade, country, city, experience and availability — hire locally or source across borders. Screen full shortlists at no cost before spending a cent.
Contact happens directly
Unlock a profile to reveal contact details and the full CV, then call, message or send a job invitation. Most first contact happens the same day.
What we're building toward
A world where being available for work is a visible, searchable fact — not something you have to prove over and over to strangers who never reply. The same problem exists in every market we have looked at, so we are building for all of them rather than one.
That means verified skills instead of unverified claims, real references from real managers, and a talent pool employers can trust on sight. We are not there yet. Every feature we ship is measured against one question: does this make a good worker easier to find?
Whichever side you're on, start here
Job seekers join free and get found. Employers and agencies search free and pay only for the profiles they want. It takes about ten minutes either way.
