We're looking for an energetic Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our flagship store team. What you'll do: - Greet customers and guide them to the right products with genuine, friendly advice - Meet daily and monthly sales targets while keeping service quality first - Keep the sales floor stocked, tidy and visually appealing - Process payments accurately and handle returns/exchanges - Mentor junior associates and support the store manager during busy periods What we're looking for: - 3+ years in retail sales or customer-facing roles - A natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds - Comfortable with POS systems and cash handling - Reliable, punctual and proud of your work We offer: - Competitive basic salary plus commission - Staff discount on all merchandise - Paid training and clear paths to team-lead roles - Monday to Sunday shifts with a fair rotating roster
